1.   Must be an Ice Bowl Participant

2.   Voting based on audience participation

3.   Tips received are performers choice to keep or help benefit an Ice Bowl Charity

4.   Prizes are non transferable

5.   Possibly help sell raffles at tournament ( or show off their title by helping)
